sludge management, has been selected as a Deep Tech Pioneer 2025 by Hello
Tomorrow. This marks the second consecutive year the company has received
this recognition, placing it among the most promising innovators in the global
deep tech ecosystem.
Out of more than 4,600 applications from 120 countries, EMPYRIO’s solution
for on-site sewage sludge utilisation in small and medium-sized wastewater
treatment plants stood out for its innovation and impact potential. The
recognition by Hello Tomorrow not only affirms EMPYRIO’s commitment to
advancing sustainable solutions in the water sector, but also opens doors to new international
partnerships, visibility, and funding opportunities.
As a Deep Tech Pioneer, EMPYRIO becomes part of a global community of startups pushing the
boundaries of science and engineering to solve the planet’s most pressing challenges. The next step
in the Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge will take place on January 21, 2025, when finalists for the
Global Summit in Paris will be announced. EMPYRIO aims to be among them and to present its
solution to a broad audience of investors, corporates, and policymakers at the summit.
